The staff are friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast served on the terrace is delicious, and the rooftop pool offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

There were some minor hiccups upon arrival, such as a missing sheet for the extra bed.

The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in the Centre of the Medina on a side street just far enough from the square, and the amazing staff. The rooms werenice and neat, and the hotel had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, as it was on a main alley but just off the main streets enough to escape the crazy traffic of the market. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing, no complaints at all.
